Up until recently, I was able to use SSO through the RingCentral for Desktop application without having to enter credentials to my local Active Directory. To login, I would select Single Sign on, enter my email address, and then transparently authenticate.
At the present time, when I attempt the steps above, I receive an authentication prompt from my internal ADFS server to enter credentials.
I downgraded to version 8.3.6 and SSO works properly without requiring me to enter credentials. Has anyone else experienced this?
4. Fix SSO transparent authentication. It worked correctly in version 8.3.6
5. Uninstall the latest version and install version 8.3.6
6. 8.4.5
