virtual extension price increase

Has anyone else had issues with the new pricing increase from Ring Central, when I signed the contract I was told that Virtual Extensions were included, now I am being told that they will charge me and I can't get out of my contract. I would appreciate any suggestions on how to cancel without a penalty, my rep has been zero help.

I have had the service since October 2015 and the virtual extensions were part of the package, now they want to charge, I only have two and they have always been in place. I want to be able to cancel my contract without penalty since they have changed my fees.

Mike, This change will be affecting different users/accounts different ways so we encourage you to contact your account manager direct.  If you don't now who that person is just reply here and we'll find out and have them get in touch with you.

Because this change creates lots of questions and affects accounts differently we are making this a private conversation, but you are still welcome to post followup questions here.

Edit:  I located your reps info and will follow up.
