Is there a simple way to remove a person's name from the fax cover sheet?

The photocopier's email address has been associated with the receptionist's account so that it can be used to send faxes. We don't want her name on all these faxes. Is there a simple way to prevent her name from appearing on those? Or does that require creating a custom cover sheet?

Hello Linda,

You could rename the extension that the email is associated with. However, if that is not an option then you would want to create and upload a custom cover sheet. Did you have any other questions?
