Hello RodneyD,

The phone is behaving that way because of the configuration file we push to the phone and how that interacts with the Polycom phones. You can log into the phone's IP address, select settings, and then select lines. From there you can change the "Number of line key appearances" to 12. Then if you start the presence on line 13 in the RingCentral system and select "leave empty" when saving, then the Users name will show 12 times on the phone and the presence key will start on the 13th line.

What programming are you trying to do with the other keys on the phone? Usually, any changes to the keys are overwritten by the config file.

I don't want to have 12 keys on the phone. I want to be able to manually program features or contact numbers on the main phone itself. I Have a RC case open and was told this is a known issue and RC and Polycom are working on this.
