Is it possible to modify the configuration files on the RingCentral provisioning server?

I'm using VVX 311 phones purchased from 3rd party. I'd like to make some config changes. Is it possible to access the config files on the RC provisioning server and make modifications? Or will tech support possibly make requested changes for you?

No. It does not work that way.  In order for the firmware to work properly in the RingCentral system, RingCentral controls what contents and controls are in the config files for Polycom phones. If your machine is on the same VLAN as the phone, you can log in directly to the phone via web browser to the phone's onboard interface to view the settings on the phone.  It works better to use Internet Explorer for this function and you use https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/   the IP address of the actual phone handset.
