I canceled my account through ringcentral approximately a month ago. I need to get a copy of the last bill, as well as a copy of a credit receipt because they were supposed to credit us for the remaining time on our account. I called customer service and was informed that because my account is closed, they can no longer access that information. That doesn't make sense to me. What type of business does not keep customer records? Does anyone know how I can get a customer receipt?
