Need copy of receipts from closed account.

I canceled my account through ringcentral approximately a month ago.  I need to get a copy of the last bill, as well as a copy of a credit receipt because they were supposed to credit us for the remaining time on our account.  I called customer service and was informed that because my account is closed, they can no longer access that information.  That doesn't make sense to me.  What type of business does not keep customer records?  Does anyone know how I can get a customer receipt?

Hi Judy.   I did hear back on this and I've confirmed that we don't have the ability to send out receipts from a closed account. However, if you saved your emails you shouldhave an email of the bill from 3/14 for the amount of $155.80 if that helps.

Judy I have the same issue, cancelled my account over 3 months ago but just got charged for May.  Can not get ahold of anyone with their customer support number, always a recording that says everything is handled online now.  I have called my bank and the BBB to report them.  If you are still being charged go to bbb.org to report them.

Dear Mike,

Thank you for your response.  If I had a copy of the bill from 3/14, I wouldn't be asking for it.  I cannot believe I cannot get a copy of my last bill.  Also, why hasn't my account been refunded for the amount of time we had left on the account?  I will be reporting this company to the BBB.

Thank you for your comments.  I will be reporting them to the BBB.  We were supposed to be refunded for the remaining time on our account, and that still hasn't happened.  I also cannot believe I cannot get a copy of a bill from them.

I located a case on your account indicating you were not charged in March and April. If the account is closed, billing shouldn't be possible. Is there a chance you have a 2nd account?  Can you please email any related information showing this charge to the account to community.support@ringcentral.com so we can look into this for you?

No 2nd account.  I cancelled my account back in February and yes did not get charged in March and April.  This morning I get a e-mail stating that my bank was charged for May.  When I spoke with customer service (which by the way is almost impossible to speak with a real person) I was told that my account was never closed.  What the heck???? Are you guys for real or is this some kind of bad joke, I'm not laughing.
