Set up RC to follow the Outlook and Skype workflow

RC set up steps to follow exactly the Outlook and Skype for Biz workflow for creating AV conferences.  10+ Years of LCS, Lync, Skype 4 Biz and can not find the right RC apps and configurations that emulate exactly the Outlook and S4B workflow to plan and schedule meetings with AV bridge links.
