Ability to Answer VoIP Calls While on Existing Mobile Call

Ability to answer VOiP Calls while on Existing Mobile call, the only time I can answer the VOiP call is when I am on a WiFi connection and not on Data Connection.

Hi Leo, 

Android phones should have this feature built in by default, incoming RingCentral calls should give you the same options as cellular calls when you have an incoming call during an existing call (End current call and answer new call, hold current call and answer new call, etc.). 

iOS (Apple) Devices, running version 10 or later support integrated calling, which offers the same functionality:
