voicemail on ringcentral for windows

My company just started to use RingCentral - for the first day I was able to hear my voicemails directly thru the RingCentral for Windows App but now the message says it is playing but I can not hear anything.  I  have to go to my desktop phone & dial out to hear the voicemail

Check the settings in your RC4W APP and make sure volume has not changed.

Just checked it & the settings somehow changed to Headset not "same as system" - once I changed it back to Same As System it worked! Thank you!

My pleasure.  One of the biggest adversaries to any APP is the OS of the PC, since other programs have access to the settings of the PC.
