conference call participant using Skype

Conference call hosted from Canada. One participant is calling in using Skype - she could not connect. Is there a different procedure when Skype is being used?

Were you using RingCentral Meetings for the conference call? Or were you dialing into the RingCentral Conference Line (267) 930-4000? Thanks!
