Creating Conferences Calls On Google Calendar Does Not Work

I have installed the chrome extension, google apps version, and authorized both through their settings. When I try to add a conference through the dialogue on my google calendar, it doesn't work. I get this error message:

nsufficient permissions to access RingCentral Meeting. Please contact your account administrator.

What do I do?

Hi Chris, this might be referring to the RingCentral Meetings feature, but it is hard to tell from the description. Could you provide some screenshots of your process for creating a conference and the error message you're seeing?
