Is there a way to disable company contacts on a user role management?
is there a way to disable company contacts on a user role management? all contacts under company are all showing on everyones softphone it would be helpful if you have an option to disable company contact on user setting or user role
It turns out this is not currently a feature that you can limit for users. The
page about User Roles and Permissions shows a bit about this, but these are the features you can enable or disable in a custom role for users:
Developer Portal Access
Full Company Call Log
Meetings App Access
Quality of Service Reports - Full Access
Third Party Apps Access
User Call Log - Delivery
User Call Log - Full Access
User Call Log - View Only
