On pro. how can I make calls from my computer instead of "dial-out"?

If I understand your question correctly, you're looking for a way to call using VoIP from a computer as opposed to what we call "Ring-Out"? The answer to this depends on if you are using the RingCentral service portal site or the RingCentral for Desktop app.

If you are referring to the service portal website at http://service.ringcentral.com, then the answer is that you can only perform ring-out services from this option.

If you are referring to the RingCentral for Desktop app, then you may follow some steps from another post on the community site: Desktop App: "RingOut" vs "Direct Dial"?.
