Can I use the RingCentral App as a softphone with a 3rd party voip service?

I have a phone line from voip.ms in my home office. The office I work with has RingCentral. Can I somehow connect my  voip service to my RingCentral App and use it for my softphone? Or is that only possible with an RC line?

The RingCentral softphone can only be used for RingCentral services.
