Hello Cardozo,

Apologies for the late response. At this time the two systems don't sync together. I tried to find a work around for you but was unsuccessful.

Instead of the digits, can I use my last name or any word as my personal meeting id?

Abhijit,

No...that is not possible. The PMI (Personal Meeting ID) is a number and does not accept letters. Furthermore, it cannot start with a 0 or a 1.

Is there a way to assign Personal Meeting IDs to users through the Admin Portal in lieu of going to each individual's computer? Thanks in advance.

The personal meeting ID does NOT work with Zoom but the unique meeting IDs generated by Ring Central do work. Thus, by using the Ring Central Personal Meeting ID EVERY SINGLE MEETING PARTICIPANT MUST INSTALL THE RING CENTRAL MEETING APPLICATION and this is unacceptible when they already have Zoom installed.

Please ask the developers to fix this issue.

Additionally, by supporting the Personal Meeting ID, every person invited to every one of my meetings will already know the meeting ID because it would be my phone number!

Please fix it!

Hey Gregg, I don't follow...what phone number are you referring to? Your DID?
