6/1/2017: Reports of Calling Unavailable/URL Disabled

We are receiving reports of some users experiencing Calling Unavailable and URL Disabled. 

We are investigating the occurrence and will provide an update once available.

3:47 pm UPDATE: We have received reports that the issue is now resolved.

If you have anyremaining phones that are still showing as un-registered, please try re-bootingthe phone to see if this clears the issue.  

If that doesn't fix it, please open up a web case and include the parent case number 05826472 in the description.
