RingCentral Meetings Outlook Add-on unable to change options in Schedule a Meeting Window

I have a client that is having troubles when clicking to Schedule a Meeting in Outlook 2016 then the RingCentral - Schedule a Meetings window appears he can't change anything, like for example when clicking the On radio button to change the Host from Off to On it does nothing.

The only thing he can do is close the window, I have re-installed the RC Meetings add-on which does fix it for a while however the problem comes back.

There anything else I can try on resolving this issue?

Thank you!
Andy

HI Andy.  We'll try to reproduce this and see what we can find out.

Can you detail the steps that you are performing please?   Are you scheduling the meeting by first selecting the date/time on the Outlook Calendar, and then clicking the "Schedule a Meeting" button?  Or, are you opening the RC Meetings app and clicking the Schedule meeting there first?

There's a chance it's the desktop app and not the Outlook add-in.  Have you tried to reinstall the RC Meetings app?  And which version are you currently running?

When opening up Outlook 2016 then clicking on Schedule a Meeting button then at the Ring Central - Schedule a Meeting is where I can't change anything on it, I have not tried it through the application, just through the Outlook add-on.

I just uninstalled the add-on then downloaded the latest RC meetings Outlook add-on then re-launch Outlook which then it lets me make changes however the issue does come back, I have not tried to re-install the application. I can try scheduling a meeting on the app and check the version numbers if that will help.

Thank you for help.

I have checked and the version for the RC meetings outlook add-on is 1.15.0 and the application is 4.4

I did test scheduling a meeting in the RC meeting app and I could make changes on it.

I also re-installed the RC Meetings app then could change things in the Schedule a meeting window in outlook however after a restart it wouldn't let me change anything again in that window, is there a service that starts up at windows startup?

Hi Andy,  If you've re-installed the Outlook Add-in and the Desktop app and it's still giving you problems, then please use this button to open a case.  We are unable to reproduce this on our end so we'll need to take a closer look.

Thank you Mike for looking into this issue, I have tried reinstalling the add-on and application,

Also to add, this is on a Surface Pro if that makes a difference with the touchscreen, all though we haven't had any others with this issue on the Surface.

I can open a case on it.
