Voicemail Filtering

Is there a way to ignore voicemails that are shorter than a certain duration? I keep getting spam voicemail messages that are 1 or 2 seconds long and I have to listen to them to delete them.

I do this by noticing the length of message in the desktop app or email notification.  It sounds like you might just be checking voicemail via telephone?  Consider turning on email notifications and/or attachments for voicemail.
