What is a Call Sample?


Have you ever contacted support and been asked for a call sample but are unsure what that is?

A call sample is used to troubleshoot issues such as misrouted calls, dropped calls, call flow, poor connection (QoS), and much more. This information helps your support agent to discover what exactly is going on behind the scenes, and below is what you should provide them.

Call Sample

Called Number: This is the number that the caller is dialing in order to reach you 

Calling Number: This is the number of the person calling you

Date:

Time and Time Zone:
