Copy/Duplicate User Settings

I've tried to search for this article for a long time now unfortunately I am unable to look for the perfect answer.

So far, Admins and/or Super Admins must manually copy user settings to create a new user with the same level of access, roles, etc.

For me this is tedious in some way, especially if they are going to add 20+ users.

What I am looking for is if there's any integrations in the future that will allow Admins and/or Super Admin to duplicate one user automatically - especially for bulk user creation. Pretty much like copying and creating a new user from AD

Based on my understanding, we are using template for  existing users wherein we can copy the settings that was configured on the template.

But the feature that I am looking for will  copy existing user settings, role, template, etc. then create a  new user.

I see.  As far as I know, at this time only RingCentral support can bulk create users.  I have done it a few times on larger installs by filling out a CSV file they provide and then upload for me.

I think that's on the back-end. But thanks for the recommendation.

I believe that whenever that this integration is done, it's going to save time for the Admin.
