Does RingCentral support the new version, Oracle Sales Cloud v12

We have a RC business account in the US.  Use Oracle Sales Cloud v12.  We are looking for instructions for the RC -> OSC plug-in.

They did to a certain extent.  I followed the set-up / admin guide.  When I follow the user guide instructions I am stumped.  The labels in Oracle Sales Cloud (OSC) have changed since these guides.  I am assuming I open OSC, go to "Contacts" or "Accounts".  Either way, I do not see the "Connector" icon so I can not able to continue further.
