Behavior : When call came in and answered, the person will click the transfer button, then will click warm transfer and will transfer to any extension. but once it reached to the extension and not able to speak to the transferred extension. there's no option to end the call on the transferred extension. the only option that the person who was doing the warm transfer is to put on hold the extension and answer the caller on the other line. but once the person click the X on left of the warm transfer window, the caller will be disconnected.
This is happening to all of the Desktop App
