I have several email accounts and I've tried the below to figure out how to get RingCentral to use the correct account. I can't find any setting in RingCentral to identify which email calendar to launch when scheduling a meeting:
1. My email in RingCentral is correct
2. I am using Chrome and have the same email set up as the account tied to Chrome
I am thinking this problem is tied to how I was invited to RingCentral. When I was first invited, I was using one email account, but now that I've changed email domains, I want the new domain to be used, but calls to support failed to help me solve this problem, so I'm turning to the community.
Both emails are gmail accounts.
Any ideas?
