how to change the chat notification sound level on mobile app?

hi all, may you please help me to change the sound level of the chat notifications of ringCentral mobile app?
I do not find it anywhere...

reading the posts I'm a bit convinced it could be a bug not fixed...

ok, but I would like to have them separate from the others...
I mean: to have sms or whatsapp at level X and ringcentral to level Y...

Hello Marco,

Correct. At this time there is not a way to do this. That would be a limitation on the phone itself. For instance, I have an iPhone and I don't have that capability at all for any of my apps - even the built in ones

only a clarification: the collegue i asked for this question tells me that

"Other apps like whatsapp let me set different levels for notification say one for calls other for text etc..."

do you agree?

Hello Marco,

As long as you have your phone set to receive notifications from the RingCentral Mobile App, the sound level is based on your phone's settings.
