How do I Replace/Return a Device?

If a device needs to be returned or replaced, you can contact support or your case manager. Please include the serial number of the device and the extension it is attached to.

NOTE: Returning a device for a full refund is  ONLY available within 30 days of purchase. There is also a $25.00 shipping and handling fee.

NOTE:
 If you replace your device after 90 days of purchase, there will be a $25.00 shipping and handling fee.
