When starting a scheduled meeting and trying to join the audio conference line we get an error that the meeting has not started or is not ready. Is anybody else seeing this? It seems to only be on scheduled meetings as we can use the start meeting now option and the audio conference works on that.
So after spending nearly 3 hours talking to various ringcentral support people on this issue it is still not fixed. About an half of that time was spent either on hold or explaining the issue again and again. When explaining that the error was a recorded message we hear when dialing the audio conference number and inputting the meeting ID, support still kept asking for a screenshot of the error. This is horrible support. We have over 100 lines with RingCentral and will be moving away once our contract is up.
