Our company uses the Plantronics BT600. So far it has worked really well. It's wireless (bluetooth), it's motion activated so it automatically answers when you lift it on your head, and it does a great job of blocking out outside noise. We had a bit of trouble with them at first as they don't come with a lot of instructions and the tech support is minimal, but once we got a few kinks worked out and learned how to properly calibrate them, they have been working beautifully.

Bluetooth 4.0  dongles for computers run about $7.00 on Amazon for all our older computers that is how we did it, and we connect with headsets from LG the  LG Tone730 or LG Tone 750 (both models in use)  the key here is to use a dongle and headset that is rated for the standard for Bluetooth 4.0  not the older versions of bluetooth.   Buy one and test it with your RingCentral Desktop apps before buying in quantity - that is what we did.     https://www.amazon.com/DayKit-Bluetooth-Adapter-Windows-Raspberry/dp/B01IM8YKPW/ref=pd_lpo_vtph_147_...     We're using the dongles with Windows 7 Pro OS   --- on the newer laptops we are on Win 10 Enterprise with embedded bluetooth.

We use Plantronics Savi W730. The base has a wired connection to our Polycom desk phone, USB to our workstation (softphone) and bluetooth connection to the cell phone. The headset is wireless connection to the base with a great range.

Works great.

I use a Plantronics SAVI 7xx.  It is wireless and works with soft phone on my Macbook as well as pairs to my mobile and also wired into my Polycom VVX.  Not cheap, but I am very happy with it.

We have thousands of users, so the pricey Plantronics was not a viable option for our organization.

We use the Logitech h390 usb headset. It its wired but i would rather wear it than hold a receiver while trying to type and talk. U can find them on ebay or amazon for about $20-$25 otherwise they are approx $40 in the stores.
