App won't open

my ringcentral app doesnt want to open 
when i try to open it. it says;: a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is avaible. what i should i do in that case? Note: This conversation was created from a reply on: Desktop App: not refreshing.
