Saving Incoming Voicemails

Is there a way to save a voicemail to an external site or within ring central? For example. A patient called and the voicemail that was left is needed in their medical chart. Can I download and save the recording in a new file? We have 19 messages that need to be saved in such a manner.

Yes, you should be able to do this easily either by logging into ringcentral.com web interface or using the desktop app which can be downloaded from the web interface.
