Softphone number

Is there a way to show the  number associated  to the  FREE SOFTPHONE just like the
 number showing  on the actual physical phone under  the  phone and devices?

Hello Nikki,

At this time you will have to call into support to get that number. The reason being that it is randomly given to the softphone on the back end for registration purposes, and it can change if for example you deauthorize the computer that your softphone is connected to.

Yes I did  call the support and  the number  was provided to me.So, the way  I understand if I hit deauth computer  the number assigned to my extension will change as well? Is that correct? How I wish that RC will have this features available so we do not call the support. just saying

Your direct dial number will not change when you deauthorize your computer. The "hidden" number on the back end changes, that's all. Is there a specific reason why you were looking for this number?

I see. got yah.I am just thinking to  provide that as direct number as one of my contacts.  so I can access the acct. but make sense  to call support. thank you
