Application and settings are shifted up, even on loading screen

In the Windows 10 Desktop (9.1.6.27106) version of RingCentral the entire app has somehow shifted up - even on the loading window. Please see images below. I have quit the app and relaunched it, restarted my machine, and even reinstalled the application - all with no success.

Please let me know what I can do to get this resolved.
