Missing FaxOut Icon in RC Mobile App

after updating the mobile app to version 9.1.2 the faxout icon is missing. tried to update again the app to 9.2 and still no faxout icon. it takes time to click on the write icon then new fax then put the fax# then attach the document. I want to have the faxout icon like before w/c takes less time to send a fax. I want to downgrade the mobile app to a lower version where there is a faxout icon but cant find a link to download it. Where can I download the older version of the mobile app?
