Scenario: I created a new User and they havent received their Welcome Email. Whats going on?
1) Verify the Email address look for misspellings/typos in the email address
2) If the email is correct you can Resend the Welcome Email
3) Once you've resent the Welcome Email, check Spam/Other Folders in the Email Account
