Backup Voicemail

I have 2 voicemails:
one is made by me to a phone of client (outbound)
one is made from client to my direct (inbound)

Which are voicemail backed up in Dropbox Archive?
And Can give me when and conditions to archiver work (include SMS, voicemail, Fax, Calling Record).

Hello Trudy,

As long as you have call recording enabled on your extension and have your archiver set up properly you will be all good to go! Here is an article that touches on it.

Hello Saadet,

Yes, I enabled on my extention. But I only see backed up inbound, not outbount although I made voicemails to my co-woker's phone and client's phone.

Hello Trudy,

Have you verified that your extension is set on automatic call recording for outbound and inbound calls? It's possible only one of the options is selected. Since this post is private, you can share your extension's phone number and I can look at the account to verify.

Looks like your extension is not set up for automatic call recording. A super admin on the account can easily change this for you :)

So if my extension is set up automatic call recording, I can backup when I leave voicemail to client?

Hi,

Today, I left 2 voicemails to Adam account. One to his extention, one to his direct number, but I haven't any backup on my dropbox.

And, How do I backup voicemail to main line?
