How to add HIPAA message to my fax cover sheet?

I need a standard HIPAA disclaimer message to go out in all our cover sheets, but I have not been able to set it up. Please advice.

Take a look and see if this helps.  I never messed it with it myself, but you should be able to create a custom fax template with whatever info you wish.   https://success.ringcentral.com/articles/RC_Knowledge_Article/7721
