We are experiencing this issue, but it occurs when we are talking to people outside of our network. We have no control over their network speeds however one reason we initially signed up with ring central is that we were told calls (specifically international calls) were connected over a dedicated bridge, where we would eliminate call drops and quality issues that sometimes occurred with our skype calls. We have had such a low success rate with international conference calling that now my users are going back to skype and/or freeconferencecall.com and having more successful calls. this issue disrupts our international business immensely. We can't be the only ones experiencing this.

Hey Ted,

Sorry to hear about that! I see you have an open case with us. The best thing to do with QoS issues like what you're describing is to gather Call Samples so that we can fully investigate.
