RingCentral Meetings video problems

Held a RingCentral Meetings videoconference last night (9/26) with only one (1) attendee and had frequent video dropouts.  The conference call never failed, but the video connection would reset every 1-2 minutes for over an hour.  Found no archived log of call connection, so cannot research for evaluation of call.

Account Type: Standard Plan
Goal: to resolve settings or other conditions which precipitated the problem.
Troubleshooting: none, as the meeting was in progress and others could not wait while trying to troubleshoot.
Software Version: most recent update (5.1.105209.0828)

MacBook Air (13-inch, Mid 2012)
2 GHz Intel Core i7
8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB

Time Warner Cable Business Class (50MBs/5MBs)
