Transfers Drop Sometimes

Sometimes when transferring a call to another person the call drops and doesn't actually transfer. I haven't been able to find any specific reason. I've tested it with groups and individuals, on both our landlines and on mobile, while the person was on the line and not. It's seemingly random. Any ideas what the issue might be?

Hello! In my experience there are a few things that could've happened:

1) The caller on the other end hung up
2) Simple user error when transferring the call (i.e. they accidentally hit the wrong number)
3) The call dropped due to the caller's carrier

Feel free to open up a case and include Call Samples that are no older than 24 hours and we'd be more than happy to look into it :)
