iphone caller ID shows ring central calls twice

I recently noticed that when I miss calls coming to my ring central phone, the call shows twice in my iphone call log. one will show as a ring central call and the other shows as if the person was calling my cell phone directly. any chance there is a fix for this? I want my phone to ring when my desk phone does (in case I am away from my desk and need to answer) but it's annoying to see 2 notifications for the same call in my call log.

Hey Hannah,

The reason this is happening currently is both your mobile app, and direct cell phone number is turned on within your call handling.

If log into your extension and pull up your call handling, you'll want to remove your cell phone number, and only have your mobile app ringing - or vice versa.
