Speed Dial programing on a Polycom VVX 411

Can I program my direct dial buttons on my Polycom vvx-411 on my computer or do I have to do it manually on the phone itself?

Hi Jerry,  in the ring central environment the best way to do speed dials is to create virtual extensions and then assign them to the buttons using presence features.

I do this for all my customers.  Setup a template to turn off necessary items like hold music and voice mail.

Then activate the extension and assign away
