how do i receive a history of every phone my account ever used

i would like to receive every phone and its serial number my account has ever used. RingCentral deletes every service from our website so i would like to see a history of every phone we have used

We can provide which phones are on the account (whether active or inactive) and which phones you have returned. In order to receive this information, please contact your account manager.

Yep! We will need to verify you, etc. Plus, it takes some time depending upon how many devices you've returned & how many you currently have on your account.
