Are you changing in the RC portal or on the phone it self?

Polycom phones can be goofy around time zones sometimes. Is this a Ringcentral purchased phone? If not, this may help. I change the time zone on the portal but nothing happened. On the phone itself it can't be done to adjust the time.

I just noticed on the right upper corner of the screen a triangle with exclamation point blinks?

Hi Fix It,

There are a few things that could be the cause of the time not sticking. I would suggest contacting Support so we can share a screen with you and log into the web interface of that phone.
