What does user rmvd mean?

Q: On my deskphone I see user rmvd (User Removed) where my name should be. What does this mean? How do I fix this?

A: This simply meansthat the desk phone is not connected to a Digital Line on your account. Therefore, it cannot pull any information and provision to the RingCentralnetwork. To fix this, simply assign thatdesk phone to a User. The phone will be under Phones &Numbers -> Unassigned

Hey Tammy,

Sorry but I still need more information in order to better help you.... Are you referring to Step 4 in the Article or the Confirmation Tab?

If needed, you can change the phone number associated with your device by going to Phone System -> Phones and Devices -> Click on your Device -> Then select Edit Number.
