see who's calling a monitored line

I monitor multiple lines on my deskphone (Polycom VVX411) and can see the button light up when there is an incoming call to any of these monitored lines.  I would like for my deskphone's screen to display who is calling that monitored line.  Is this possible?  Seems like it would be a standard feature.

Have you tried having the desktop app open at the same time to see if you get the desired information?  At the very least, I would think if you have the desktop app HUD window open you should see the caller ID.

it would be nice if it would allow you to screen it so you'd know if you needed to monitor that specific call. Brandon is right though, the HUD display and softphone lend themselves to showing a touch more info.
