over charging for digital line

Last November my charge for a digital line went from $4.99 a month as advertised on the Ring Central website to 9.99 a month.  I continue to be overcharged for six lines a month.  I was told that prices were going up soon and they would be changed on the website as well.  I am still being over charged.  Ring Central still advertises digital lines for $4.99 but charges customers $9.99.  Anyone else having this problem?  After numerous calls to customer service with no resolution, I have reported this to the state Attorney General and they are investigating.  It is pretty bad business to take advantage of long time customers hoping they wont notice the increase in billing.

I have contacted them but each person tells a different story.  they admit they raised the price without giving notice.  Then some of them try to claim there are 3 types of lines.  a 2.99 line a 4.99 line and a 9.99 line.  That is completely false.
