Calls on the cell

USA.  I was out of town last week and every call that came into the office also rang on the RC app on my phone.  I was told my only option was to uninstall the app on the phone?  Seems like there should be a feature to turn off the app rather than uninstall ?

Hello RichPapp,

As long as you are signed out of the RingCentral Mobile App, you shouldn't receive any calls.

2018-02-26  The correct way to deal with that is to LOG OUT on the phone app on your smartphone.

Open you RingCentral Phone app on the smartphone
Click on your Profile Icon
Scroll to the bottom of the screen
Choose   Logout

OK, i was hoping that by turning "Accept Queue Calls" off, that would do it.  Which it does seem to have worked.  Calls are coming in - and my cell is not ringing.  

If not, I will sign out.  Thanks.
