We have ad a professional IVR voice paid, good high quality hold music and we consistently call and hear an extremely poor quality and broken IVR instructions and hold music. If we hear this how many of our customers have disconnected calls because they have not been able to make out what is being said. At first, we thought it was us because we were calling in from another country, or maybe our connection. But we have heard it locally in the US and our local wifi is always over 180-200mbps. We have received calls directly to our cells form customers that have had an impossible time trying to understand the IVR and I cannot see continuing to use this is this as the level of service for we get for what we pay. We need our account looked at and this needs to be fixed or we need to be refunded for the lost business this has caused our company.
