When Scheduling RingCentral Meeting the meeting invite appears broken/HTML on iPhone and iCal

When creating a meeting from the RingCentral Meetings app or Google plugin the meeting information appears broken on iPhone and iCal. Everything looks ok on Google Calendar but it almost looks like the full HTML appears in the invite?

How do I correct this?

i am having this same issue and have just opened a case.  waiting for it to appear in my dashboard so i can add the attachment.

Hi Saadet, 

I am also seeing this error however it is within outlook and not iphone /icalendar. Whenever a person creates a ringcentral meetings invitation via google calendar either from the RC meetings desktop app or with the google plugin anyone who views this invitation on outlook is getting the same broken HTML tags Josh had posted above. I have seen this in both outlook 2010 and 2016 using G Suite Sync for Microsoft Outlook.
