Getting Started: Quick Start Guide for RingCentral Users *New* Polycom VVX411 phones.

Hi,
I am looking to help our 50 RingCentral users with materials on how to use their phones.  I am looking to avoid making a quick reference guide for them.  After looking through the RC site, I see there have been guides made in the past, but they are now a few years old and don't match our phones.

We are using the Polycom VVX411 devices. I would prefer a quick reference guide that does NOT include Cisco instructions.  If someone knows where I may find an updated quick reference guide for the Polycom handsets, please let me know.
Thanks
Paul

Paul, I downloaded the manual and then used Adobe Acrobat OCR to create a Word document out of it and removed all information that didn't apply to my users for various models or features. It was tedious, but it worked.  Just a suggestion.

USA-based acct | 2287 Users | 3800 DID lines | 28 sites | all Polycom VVX500 phone handsets

2018-05-14 Every Polycom handset purchased via RingCentral comes with the single page quick reference guide for the model of phone you bought in the actual phone box.   Also available on Polycom's website.

We did create a one page Getting Started HowTo and a User Troubleshooting Guide --- this cuts down on repetitive helpdesk tickets for basic things that are the same for everyone in our system
