At Rest Encryption

Goal: Determine if stored faxes are encrypted at rest

Detailed description of problem: When faxes are retrieved via email or the web portal the data contained in those faxes are encrypted via TLS. Great. When the faxes are sitting in ringcentral storage, what level of encryption is applies? I've seen information stating that data is encrypted at rest, however there are no details on the most important facts related to at-rest encryption, namely, what encryption cipher and key size, are used to encrypt data at rest?

Previous troubleshooting steps: Searched knowlede base articles for "at rest" "aes" "encryption".
